"Rusty" character illustrations for Rustbelt Almanac. Rusty is a true renaissance man representing the Rust Belt region. Like many who call the region home, he is a wearer of many hats... well, more so a wearer of many outfits. We haven't been able to get Rusty to take off his classic newsboy cap — he sure loves his tweed.
